Sara Bourcier Dupuis, a kinesiologist specialized in neurological disorders and aging, will present physical activity recommendations for people living with a specific health condition such as Parkinson’s disease. She will explain the expected benefits of physical activity and the precautions to take, especially during the upcoming hot weather. She will also share some motivational tips and answer your questions.
