Organization description / Mission: Parkinson Montréal-Laval (PML) is a non-profit organization that, for over 20 years, has been dedicated to improving the well-being of people living with Parkinson’s disease and the loved ones who support them, by offering activities, support services, training, and the dissemination of relevant information.
Building on this longstanding commitment, the PML team is driven by the goal of accelerating the development of relevant, high-quality services rooted in the evolving needs of a growing community.
Do you have experience in information technologies, marketing and fundraising, or communications? Would you like to put your skills to good use and feel called to support this cause? Parkinson Montréal-Laval is seeking a volunteer board member whose profile will enrich the diversity of its Board of Directors.
Start date: At the Annual General Meeting on March 25, 2026
Term length: 2 years
Compensation: None, volunteer position
Time commitment: 10 Board meetings per year and 1 general assembly. Opportunities to get involved in various committees
Meeting location: Virtual (occasional in-person meetings)
